Prior and Ongoing Clinic Activities in Nigeria
In Sept 2009 we commenced the Cancer Clinic @ Sauki Private Hospital. This will continue with visits for oncology consultations every 3 months for the next 15 months. The next planned visits are June 2010, Sept 2010, Dec 2010, March 2011 and June 2011.
From February 12 to Feb 23, 2007, Dr M. Obinna Nwaneri (Medical Oncologist) from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA ran a cancer clinic in Lagos Island, Lagos State, Nigeria at the St Nicholas Hopsital. This was a unique opportunity to receive current and most up to date consultation services from a practising medical oncologist (cancer doctor) from the USA.
